Description Medical Group Practices Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 84857 For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part‑time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per‑dime positions. Summary The Lead Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met and assists with day‑to‑day routine issues. The Lead Patient Service Specialist ensures communications of policies and procedures are communicated to the rest of the staff and acts as a coach/mentor for administrative care team members. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Six months of MaineHealth Patient Service Specialist experience required.
