Architecture Associate

Job Title: Architecture Associate Career Level: Entry‑Level Location: Atlanta, GA (Primary) Job Type: Full‑Time An Architectural Associate at Niles Bolton Associates is responsible for the following: Responsibilities Development of project design, code research, digital visualization and production of contract documents. Coordination with the project team (engineers et al.) to develop construction documents that accurately implement the design intent, document decisions and next steps. Attending meetings with the project team, consultants, and client to discuss and develop the design. Participation in construction administration by making site visits and processing technical questions with guidance from the project team. Coordination with engineering, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives. Qualifications Professional degree 0-3 years of experience in multifamily / mixed‑use architecture is preferred, but not required. Working knowledge of building materials and drawing conventions. Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines. Revit and SketchUp proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education: Bachelor's Degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
