This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and accessibility for both you and your clients. Regular team meetings and case consultations will help you stay connected with your colleagues, ensuring that you are always supported in your work. Enjoy a standard Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the frequency, intensity, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, as well as their impact on daily functioning.

• Develop tailored treatment plans by collaborating with clients to align therapeutic approaches with their unique needs and personal goals.
\n
• Employ evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), working towards stabilization and improvement of clients' mental health.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout their journey.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing assessments and feedback.
\n
• Partner with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to create integrated care pathways that support the comprehensive needs of clients.
\n
• Stay informed of the latest research in mood disorders to enhance therapeutic techniques and apply new knowledge in practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Engage in professional development, team meetings, and case reviews to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and contribute to reducing the stigma associated with mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families impacted by relationship issues, particularly around the themes of divorce and partnership challenges. Each client presents a unique set of circumstances that require compassion, empathy, and personalized intervention techniques. By fostering a safe and nonjudgmental environment, you will enable clients to explore their feelings, gain insights, and adopt positive changes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A genuine empathetic approach, demonstrating understanding, sensitivity, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' diverse experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from newly licensed therapists, preference will be given to candidates with experience in therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, systems theory, narrative therapy, or communication-focused interventions. Specialization in divorce and relationship counseling will also be a significant asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
