Reno, NV | Full-Time | $18.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, organize, and process confidential file boxes and records
• Label, shelve, and retrieve boxes accurately in a large warehouse
• Handle sensitive documents under strict confidentiality and security protocols
• Perform data entry and inventory tracking for file management
• Fulfill retrieval and delivery orders within the facility
• Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

What You'll Bring

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
• Strict discretion with confidential materials
• Basic reading and organizational skills; ability to follow detailed security procedures
• Physical capability: consistent lifting of 0–50 lbs throughout the shift, plus standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Preferred: prior warehouse, records, filing, or document management experience

Requirements before day one: Clear background check and drug screen (both mandatory), and steel-toe boots worn from your first day forward.
