Technical Sales Manager
The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new OEM accounts, managing existing customer relationships, and coordinating closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality PCB solutions. This role blends technical knowledge with consultative B2B sales and long-term account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development with OEM customers in electronics, medical, and industrial markets
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Prepare pricing, coordinate technical requirements, and support customer projects
- Partner with global engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver solutions
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to overall sales strategy
- Represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling PCBs, EMS, components, or OEM manufacturing solutions strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
