Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.What You'll DoOwn the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for business roles across go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Operations, Finance, People, and other cross-functional teams, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managersAct as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, collaborating closely to define role requirements, develop clear position profiles, and align on hiring plans, priorities, and timelinesDesign and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract both active and passive candidates for business roles in competitive marketsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines, effectively assessing, engaging, and closing top business talentDrive an efficient, structured, and equitable interview process while continuously improving hiring workflows and candidate experienceTrack, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, candidate experience) and share insights with hiring managers and Sierra leadership on a regular cadenceWhat You'll Bring5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company, with early-stage startup experience preferredProven success recruiting and closing candidates across business functions, including GTM, operations, and corporate rolesStrong ability to build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and interview teamsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentData-driven approach to recruiting with experience using metrics to inform hiring decisions and process improvementsEven Better...Experience recruiting for GTM teams in a SaaS or B2B environmentExperience with Ashby ATSExperience scaling business teams during periods of rapid growthOur ValuesTrust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness.
