Clinical Supply Manager

Position: Clinical Supply Manager Location: Souderton, PAJob Id: 5738 # of Openings: 4 Almac Group is currently seeking a Clinical Supply Manager for our Souderton, PA location. Clinical Supply Managers are responsible for the successful execution of clinical supply projects; this includes communicating and driving timelines both internally and externally, working with or on behalf of customers to ensure the correct drug is in the right place on time for dispensing to patients in a clinical trial. This role manages the internal teams as well as the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle. The exact tasks performed for any given project are based upon the services quoted.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Customer ServiceProvide customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations in alignment with business capabilitiesManage and oversee project execution and on-time deliverablesDefine roles and responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information to support project and supply chain strategiesServe as the primary point of contact and initial escalation point for all internal/external project challengesManage and grow the customer relationshipProject ManagementCreate and maintain project management tools to optimize communication and alignment on key deliverables for internal/external stakeholdersAssess and share project budgets with client. Partner with Business Development to keep all activities within scope and budgetEffectively manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple Almac sitesSupply Chain ManagementDefine supply chain management accountabilities based on communication with customer, scope of work and study requirements.Develop manufacturing, distribution and returns strategies for the trial in collaboration with the customer and internal Almac teams.Recommend flexible supply chain strategies in line with client prioritiesQualifications:Required Experience / Education:High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant project management/clinical trial/ pharmaceutical experience OR Bachelor’s Degree3+ years Project Management and/or Operational/Supply Chain Management experience Preferred Experience / Education:Bachelor’s Degree obtained in a related field, i.e. Science, Business Management or Supply Chain ManagementPharmaceutical industry, clinical supplies, health care, or clinical trialIRTClient-facing position or customer service relatedProject Management Qualification (i.e., PMP, Prince 2)GMP and/or GCP knowledgeWorking knowledge of the drug development processMS Office/SuiteWhat can Almac Group offer you?Medical, Vision & Dental benefits from the 1st of the month following start date20 days PTO per year, accrued monthly following start date12 holidays per yearCompany paid Long and Short-term disability along with Life Insurance401k company contributionHybrid work available for applicable roles (after 6 months fully onsite)​Professional development programs/ continuous learning opportunitiesWant to see our latest job opportunities?
