Radiation Therapist

Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks – Extension/Permanent Opportunity Possible
Shift: Day Shift | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: 5 Days/Week | 40 Hours/Week

Traveler Candidates: Yes

• Local: $65.00 – $72.00/Hour
• Traveler: $65.00 – $72.00/Hour

• Active California Radiation Therapist License required.
• ARRT (T) Certification required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience.
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted.
• IMPAC MOSAIQ experience required.
• Adult inpatient and outpatient radiation therapy experience.
• Experience with CBCT, kV/mV imaging, and emergency cases.
• Flu vaccination required.
• No pending license accepted.
• No RTO within the first 2 weeks.
• Scheduling requests cannot be accommodated.

• Provide radiation therapy treatments to adult patients.
• Operate radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately.
• Perform patient setup and positioning according to treatment plans.
• Use CBCT and kV/mV imaging for treatment verification.
• Document treatments and patient information in IMPAC MOSAIQ.
• Provide care to inpatient and outpatient radiation therapy patients.
• Respond appropriately to emergency cases.
• Maintain accurate treatment records.
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and department protocols.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, nurses, and other oncology staff.
