Join GE Aerospace as a Senior Principal Finance Solutions Architect! We are looking for a dynamic leader to optimize our Oracle EPM on-premise application and craft the future of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. In this pivotal role within our Finance Digital Technology team, you will not only design and implement cutting‑edge EPM systems but also evaluate SaaS vendors to ensure seamless integration with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of comprehensive EPM solutions tailored to meet business needs. Configure and implement robust solutions encompassing Master Data Management, Consolidations (GAAP, Stat and Tax), FP&A, and Reporting. Oversee the entire system development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and documentation. Provide technical support while liaising with both internal and external technical teams to swiftly resolve system issues. Identify and establish software quality standards and delivery models. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, while identifying risks and automation opportunities. Work collaboratively with developers and operational support teams across a global network. Effectively communicate insights and strategic information tailored to diverse audiences. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analyses, and create functional specifications and technical documentation. Stay abreast of industry trends and ensure our EPM landscape aligns with evolving needs and innovative technologies. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 10 years in a relevant professional field. Over 10 years of hands‑on experience with EPM products and data integration tools in both implementation and support phases. Note: Military experience counts as professional experience. Eligibility Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor employment visas for this position. Must‑Have Skills: Deep knowledge of EPM Cloud Products and related data integration modules. Robust experience with Record to Report Financial processes across SubLedgers and Legers. In‑depth understanding of finance accounting principles, corporate month‑end close, and reporting activities. Proven expertise in system architecture and interface technologies. Experience navigating dependencies in complex EPM implementation projects. Desired Attributes: Change Agent capable of pursuing necessary transformations. The base pay range for this role is $180,000 - $275,000, influenced by various factors including experience and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
