• Ability to read and write
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience working in varying weather elements
• Experienced with operating/maintaining and troubleshooting heavy equipment
• Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions

• Primary operations of haul trucks; water trucks, rock breakers, and fuel truck
• Operating mobile equipment including front end loaders, haul trucks, dozers, backhoes, grader, excavators, fuel truck, dredge, and skid steer loaders
• Inspect all operating equipment each shift, complete inspection sheets and report problems
• Correct malfunctions or irregularities of operating equipment and safety hazards
• Maintain strong communication with quality personnel and make adjustments to material blends
