Our client is a growing technology company in the safety solutions space supporting clients across Education, Government, Healthcare, and Public sectors.

The Role We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced team. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep documentation up to date, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams. This is a hands-on coordination role — great for someone who likes process, structure, and staying on top of the details.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Track milestones, deliverables, and action items throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes
• Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders and clients
• Manage project dashboards and workflows in Monday.com
• Support resource planning and procurement coordination
• Identify scope changes and flag for internal review
• Support UAT and project closeout activities

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage 6-8 projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Monday.com or similar tools a plus
• Technical aptitude or SaaS experience a plus
• PMP or similar certification a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
