Position Overview
Our organization is in search of a Center-Based Clinical Supervisor to spearhead exceptional ABA services for children diagnosed with autism within our center-based initiatives. This role involves managing clinical programming, guiding and enhancing the skills of behavior technicians, performing assessments, crafting and overseeing personalized treatment plans, and guaranteeing that care is both evidence-based and ethically sound.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to foster their professional growth.
- Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment strategies.
- Design and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Ensure the delivery of ethical and evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals.
- Experience in ABA therapy and working with children with autism.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
