Day-to-Day:

• Compile and record facility-maintenance data from customer orders and work tickets

• Compare production, material-consumption, quality-control, and maintenance records and reports

• Prepare production reports, action sheets, and work tickets for daily maintenance activities

• Generate preventive-maintenance work orders and distribute work tickets [Eglin - PCC $26.91 | Word]

• Coordinate work reception, prioritization, planning, scheduling, assignment, tracking, completion, and data entry

• Plan and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities [Eglin - PCC $26.91 | Word]

• Perform administrative quality-control checks and maintain completed work-order files [Eglin - PCC $26.91 | Word]

• Process employee timecards and post wage information for payroll preparation [Eglin - PCC $26.91 | Word]

• Assist with purchase orders, task orders, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and billing [Eglin - PCC $26.91 | Word]

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Production Control Clerk for a top government facilities-services client. This candidate will coordinate work-management activities and maintain accurate production and facility-maintenance data at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. Responsibilities include creating and tracking work orders, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, preparing operational reports, processing timekeeping information, and supporting purchasing, billing, inventory, and contract-deliverable functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong DMLSS-FM/LogiCole and Microsoft Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience supporting a fast-paced facilities-maintenance operation.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Three years of experience performing similar production-control, work-management, or administrative duties

• At least two years of office experience

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems

• Hands-on DMLSS-FM/LogiCole experience
