Points North is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our front-line support team, helping clients navigate payroll and compliance reporting. You will investigate data changes in client systems and assist with pre-payroll and certified payroll reporting issues. You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and Teams, troubleshoot our SaaS products, and collaborate with SMEs to resolve issues while documenting each ticket and contributing to ongoing process improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
