Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIH is required. The role requires effective communication and high-quality patient care skills. It is essential to adapt to changing patient acuity levels. Teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are vital for success in this position.
