Our client, a leading precision manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee strategic customer programs, new product launches, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. This highly visible position serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and executive leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, extensive experience managing complex manufacturing programs within a multi-entity manufacturing organization, and hands-on knowledge of metal stamping operations. Responsibilities: Manage customer programs from quote through production launch and ongoing manufacturing support. Serve as the primary customer contact for program schedules, milestones, deliverables, engineering changes, and issue resolution. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Tooling, and Operations. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities and ensure smooth transitions into production. Monitor program performance, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule. Coordinate engineering changes (ECOs), customer change requests, and production modifications. Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to optimize production readiness, tooling, capacity planning, and operational efficiency. Track project KPIs and present program status updates to executive leadership and customers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing requirements across multiple facilities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service and program execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering discipline). 5+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working for a multi-entity or multi-site manufacturing organization is required. Demonstrated experience supporting metal stamping manufacturing operations is required. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering, tooling, production planning, quality systems, and supply chain management. Experience leading customer-facing manufacturing programs from concept through production. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting aggressive deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel PMP certification, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
