This is a contract to hire opportunity and is 5 days a week onsite in Manteno, Illinois! What You’ll Do Own full‑cycle recruiting for engineering, R&D and technical roles Manage 10–20 active requisitions at a time (high‑volume + niche) Proactively source, engage and close hard‑to‑find talent Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership Build and maintain strong pipelines for future hiring needs What’s Needed? 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter or similar role Proven success recruiting engineering and/or R&D talent Advanced sourcing skills — you know how to find hidden talent Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Manteno, IL What’s in It for Me?
