Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, adhering to club standards.
• Assist with the preparation and plating of food items as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing tables and removing used dishes and utensils.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions with care and attention.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service during events.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in banquet serving or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
