Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.

Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, adhering to club standards.

Assist with the preparation and plating of food items as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing tables and removing used dishes and utensils.

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.

Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions with care and attention.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service during events.

Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in banquet serving or a similar role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
