This fully remote overnight Nurse Practitioner opportunity allows you to provide timely clinical support for an engaged membership population through secure telehealth technology and asynchronous messaging. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure patients have access to high-quality medical guidance overnight while supporting continuity of care, patient satisfaction, and exceptional clinical outcomes. This organization combines innovative technology with personalized medicine, offering members direct access to their care team and virtual support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Position Highlights

• Full-time, permanent Nurse Practitioner opportunity

• 100% remote overnight position

• (Weekdays: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM) EST

• (Weekends: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) EST

• Provide virtual clinical support to established adult and pediatric membership patients

• Respond to secure patient chats, clinical questions, medication concerns, and urgent overnight healthcare needs

• Deliver asynchronous clinical messaging through a proprietary digital platform

• Utilize telehealth visits when clinically appropriate

• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team to ensure seamless continuity of care

• Provide evidence-based triage, treatment recommendations, patient education, and follow-up guidance

• Document encounters accurately within the electronic medical record

Candidate Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification

• Active New Jersey or New York Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

• Prior primary care, family medicine, urgent care, telehealth, or virtual care experience strongly preferred

• Comfortable managing patient care through asynchronous messaging and virtual encounters

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care through innovative technology

• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
