As Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with our Regional Manager and medical leadership to ensure smooth operations, drive team development, and maintain our commitment to outstanding client service. Your Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of technicians and receptionists while fostering a supportive and collaborative culture. Operational Oversight: Manage daily hospital operations, streamline workflows, and ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. Client Experience: Uphold our high standards for client service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care. Financial Management: Lead budgeting efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to the hospital’s profitability and long‑term success. What We’re Looking For Veterinary Management Experience: Prior experience managing a veterinary team and clinic operations; ER and equine experience is a plus. Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with clients and staff. Financial Acumen: Familiarity with revenue management, inventory control, and payroll systems. Adaptability: Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support hospital needs.
