Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing is required
• Experience in pediatric, school, or similar nursing settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of diabetes care, particularly for young children, is strongly desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Ride with the designated student to and from school, providing health monitoring and diabetes management as necessary
• Administer emergency interventions and regular care in accordance with the child’s healthcare plan
• Maintain close communication with parents, school health staff, and transportation teams
• Document any notable incidents or interventions during transportation
