Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations
- Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Food Preparation
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and optimize existing offerings.
- Team Leadership
- Lead by example, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare and manage kitchen budgets and labor costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
