Caregiver

Join a compassionate team as a Caregiver, providing community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you'll assist with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs , fostering independence and community engagement. You'll develop meaningful relationships with participants and support their developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Your responsibilities include taking initiative to help participants enjoy activities and be part of the community . Ideal candidates possess strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills . They are patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible . A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are required.
