We need a reliable The Roaming Notary ready to take on loan signing appointments in San Antonio, TX. RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer oaths/affirmations. Perform verifications upon oath/affirmation. Take acknowledgments. Witness or attest signatures. Certify/attest copies. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public certification. Clear a background check. Experience in notarizing loan documents. Professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, cool under pressure, strong communicator, and honesty. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
