Senior Tech Recruiter | Hybrid NYC | OTE $150K+ First Year Billing well but capped, underpaid, or boxed into someone else's system? This is a full-desk seat where you own the whole thing, BD, delivery, client relationships and get paid like it. Our client is a growing boutique recruiting firm placing AI, data, IT, legal, finance, and admin talent, perm and contract, across all 50 states. Small team, real leadership: the CEO is still on the floor closing deals daily, not sitting in a boardroom. You're not a cog in a big-box machine, you're building alongside people who are still in the work. What this looks like: True 360 desk, you run BD, delivery, and the client relationship end to end No micromanagement, direct access to leadership Warm desk, not cold - established book and momentum to build on Top-tier tools (Bullhorn AI, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter) The money: Base + commission, 15%-50% tiered commission structure. OTE $150K+ first year Why people stay: Lean, well-funded shop, collaborative, not cut-throat. Real path to building and leading your own team as the org scales. Tenure here isn't an accident, several people on the team have been there 7+ years, and turnover is low for a reason.
