Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable
- Perform A/P related banking functions
- Prepare purchase orders
- Keep attendance records
- Assist with audit preparation
- Order and organize supplies
Essential skills and/or experiences:
- Mathematical competency
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and communicational skills
- This is a Civil Service position
- Candidates must either be reachable on the current Civil Service list or currently hold permanent status in Civil Service title
