Healthier Tomorrows, a nutrition practice based in Chicago, is looking for committed and enthusiastic registered dietitians to join our team! We offer individualized, trauma-informed and compassionate nutrition counseling to clients throughout the country. Our outpatient practice has been thriving for 17 years, and we are looking for registered dietitians who want to be a part of our mission of hope and healing!

We are currently hiring dietitians for our office in Palatine, Illinois. We are seeking dietitians who are interested in working in the office two or three days per week, seeing clients both virtually and in-person.

We are seeking registered dietitians who:

• Have experience and commitment to high quality and individualized nutrition counseling
• Want to be part of a team of RDs for support and connection
• Enjoy collaborating with outpatient clinicians to provide comprehensive care
  
• Are seeking the opportunity to learn and grow clinically and professionally
• Feel energized by working one-on-one with clients with a variety of clinical presentations

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and ongoing nutrition support and counseling through individualized one-on-one client sessions
• Building rapport and creating a space for regular and consistent nutrition sessions
• Providing dietary and other treatment recommendations, including recommendations for additional clinicians to support wellness goals, if appropriate
• Collaborating with therapists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, and other professionals
• Completing clinical documentation of client sessions

Education / Experience / Certifications

• Registered dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois
• 1-2 years nutrition counseling experience and/or training
• Excellent communication skills

I appreciate having total autonomy over my workload/client sessions, while also having the complete support of a team behind me. I feel this support with more complex clients through case consults and monthly trainings with my supervisor, as well as through administration with task reinforcement.
