Apps Dev Group Manager

Apps Dev Group Manager for Citibank, N.A. (Tampa, FL) leads IT project teams and provides technical oversight across systems and applications. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies. Responsibilities Lead IT project teams and provide technical oversight across applications and systems. Design and develop financial and banking applications for institutional clients. Deliver enterprise‑scale applications using ETL technologies and data warehousing. Work with offshore technology consultants. Build large‑scale applications with big data tools (Hadoop, HDFS, Sqoop, Hive, Python). Gather and analyze business and technical requirements, software design, SDLC, and application implementation methods. Conduct feasibility studies of new requirements, design preparations, unit testing, code migration, and quality assurance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 year) or foreign equivalent in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10 years of experience as an Apps Development Senior Manager, Systems Analyst, Senior Specialist, Data Engineer, Consultant, Project Manager, or related position using Ab Initio, UNIX, and Oracle. Minimum two years of experience designing and developing financial and banking applications, delivering enterprise‑scale applications, and using ETL technologies and data warehousing. Proficiency with Tableau, Autosys, Solaris, and big‑data technologies. Compensation Salary range: $185,300 to $219,600 per year. Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
