Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and families to gather case history and determine care needs.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care for adolescent behavioral health patients; collaborate with psychiatrists and other staff to design treatment plans.
- Administer psychotropic medications and monitor for reactions; adjust care as directed by the treatment team.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic unit environment and monitor vital signs, pain levels, and responses to treatments.
- Document all patient information accurately in medical records, follow physician orders, maintain patient confidentiality, and support related administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Active New York RN license (NY License ONLY)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (D/E/N) including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong documentation skills and commitment to patient confidentiality
