ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened on February 1, 2025, and we’re currently a growing team of two full-time members. I began my career as a State Farm team member right out of college, spent four years learning the business, and then completed the Aspirant program to become an agent. That path gave me hands-on experience and a strong appreciation for development and growth.

I’m a graduate of Juniata College and a big outdoorsman. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me hunting, fishing, or golfing during the summer months. I enjoy staying active and bringing that same energy into the workplace. I’ve participated in several community events and am looking forward to becoming even more involved as our agency continues to grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Isaiah Wagner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
