Reznik Law Group is a San Diego-based law firm representing businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in commercial litigation and related business matters.

Our practice includes breach of contract claims, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, and other complex commercial controversies.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has approximately 3–5 years of civil or business litigation experience and is ready to take meaningful responsibility for their cases.

You should be comfortable:

• Independently managing litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Appearing in court and arguing motions.
• Developing litigation strategies and communicating directly with clients.
• Working independently while collaborating with other attorneys when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant civil or commercial litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Sound professional judgment, initiative, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

This is a primarily in-office position in San Diego.

We also welcome inquiries from more experienced attorneys and solo practitioners interested in transitioning into an established firm with the infrastructure and resources to support their practice.
