The Matthews Law Group, P.C. is seeking a dynamic and experienced workers’ compensation defense attorney to join our San Diego team. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, this is an outstanding opportunity to practice alongside seasoned professionals who value excellence, teamwork, and results.

The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of workers’ compensation defense experience before the WCAB, though exceptional attorneys with less experience will also be considered. Strong litigation skills, deep legal knowledge, and demonstrated expertise in case management are essential. Superior written and verbal communication abilities and a client-focused mindset are musts.
