Note Must be an active member of the California State Bar with at least 1 year of experience in workers compensation law (plaintiff or defense). Based in Century City, the firm represents employers, carriers, and third-party administrators across the state. The team values balance, collaboration, and responsiveness, with a growing caseload and excellent attorney support. Job Description Manage a caseload of workers compensation matters from start to finish. Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations. Draft legal pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance. Communicate frequently with clients and opposing counsel. Collaborate with firm leadership to achieve strong case outcomes. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Active California Bar license. Minimum of 1 year of workers compensation experience (plaintiff or defense). Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage cases independently and efficiently.
