Workers Compensation Attorney

What You'll Do Manage a full California Applicant Workers' Compensation caseload from inception through resolution. Appear before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). Conduct depositions, hearings, MSCs, and trials. Evaluate and develop litigation strategy. Negotiate settlements. Maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with the firm's Personal Injury and Employment Law departments on overlapping matters. Assist in developing workflows, policies, and best practices for the Workers' Compensation Department. Help recruit and mentor future support staff as the department grows. Why Join ZA Lawyers? Requirements Qualifications Active member of the California State Bar. Minimum 3 years of California Applicant Workers' Compensation experience preferred. Experience independently managing a litigation caseload. Strong negotiation and courtroom skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Exceptional client service skills.
