The ideal candidate will have at least one of experience in workers’ compensation handling cases from A-Z. However, we are willing to train the right candidate from the group up – new grads should apply! Qualifications Candidates MUST be CA State Barred and reside in the state of California. Responsibilities Handling cases from inception to final resolution. Represent clients before the workers’ compensation appeals board. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
