This role is critical in managing customer communication, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for homeowners across South Florida. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer support Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries Accurately input and manage customer data in CRM systems Follow scripts and processes while maintaining a natural, professional tone Maintain productivity and performance standards Qualifications 1+ year of call center or customer support experience scheduling appointments for sales teams is required Strong English and Spanish communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with CRM systems and call center tools is a plus At Istueta Roofing, every interaction matters.
