Anesthesiology Physician

We are looking for an Anesthesiologist to join our medical group full‑time in Lansing, MI. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive bedside manner, strong time‑management and organizational abilities, and is adaptable to change. This role offers a flexible schedule of 6–8 shifts per month, with optional extra shifts and the ability to bunched shifts for significant time off each month. Duties and Responsibilities Utilize a multidisciplinary approach, coordinating with other healthcare professionals (physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing team) to provide comprehensive care. Supervise and medically direct CRNAs. Administer and manage medications and interventions as needed, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects. Educate patients and their families on anesthesiology strategies and potential side effects. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records, including documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and notes. Participate in continuing education opportunities and stay current on advancements in techniques. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient care. Requirements Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. BCBE Anesthesiologist certification. Medical license in Michigan. Schedule Full time (6–8 shifts per month); optional extra shifts available for increased earning potential. Shifts can be bunched together or separated to allow for significant time off each month.
