Registered Nurse/Interventional Radiology

Neuro IR Registered Nurse (RN) Shift 4x10 hour days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Duration 13 weeks Call Schedule 10-12 primary or backup on-call shifts every six weeks, including a mix of weekdays and weekends. 30-minute response time required for call. Time Off All requested time off must be included in the submission. Minimal time off is preferred. No more than one week of time off will be approved during the contract. Job Description Provide conscious sedation medications, patient monitoring, pre‑procedural timeouts, and critical care nursing in a busy interventional radiology (IR) department. Requirements Active VA or Compact Nursing License at time of submission BLS certification ACLS certification NIH certification Experience with EPIC Radiant (IR) system Travel nursing experience required Minimum 3 years of experience including: Neuro/stroke nursing Thrombectomy procedures Conscious sedation Must be able to take call Additional Information Call volume may decrease as staff and traveler numbers increase.
