Automotive Title Clerk

Lehighton Kia, a growing dealership, is now hiring a detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk for a full-time career opportunity.

We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and can thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. While automotive dealership experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Submit title work and documentation to PennDOT and financial institutions.
• Verify all paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Process payoffs and assist with dealer trade paperwork.
• Track outstanding titles and follow up on title issues when necessary.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and office records.
• Assist accounting and management with administrative support tasks.
• Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, and state agencies.
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Support the dealership office team with additional clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in an automotive dealership or title clerk role.
• Office, administrative, or clerical experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Professional communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to grow.
