Inside Sales Specialist

9999 XLP Parts Corporate, 15701 Northwest Fwy, Houston, TX 77040, USA The Inside Sales Representative will handle high volume incoming sales inquiries and help customers with their purchases. Responsibilities Answer high volume incoming calls Enter orders promptly and accurately Assist customers with quotes Available Monday through Saturday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Properly greet and thank the customer for calling XL Parts Qualifications ASE Certified preferred but not required Knowledge of Auto Parts or the automotive industry Experience in Auto parts sales Must have reliable transportation Dress code, must maintain a professional appearance at all work times We offer a competitive compensation plan complete with attractive benefits offerings that include (not limited to) medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off and opportunities for advancement. Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements Typical 9-hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more may be required. The employee also shares responsibility to perform routine housekeeping activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning and changing trash can liners.
