Position Summary Inside Sales Account Manager – Houston, TX Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:30 a‑5:30 p Location: 14340 Torrey Chase Blvd, Houston, TX 77014 Responsibilities Utilize company‑provided leads to develop relationships over the phone and via e‑mail with real‑estate agents nationwide. Build solid relationships with existing and new business partners to create an ongoing pipeline of residential sales leads. Call potential customers from leads to discuss which home‑security system package best meets their needs and complete the sales process. Meet and exceed weekly sales goals. Regularly follow up with business partners to ensure maximum lead generation. Efficiently complete sales protocols to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Generate and close sales over the phone in a call‑center setting. Rewards Average: $75,000‑$90,000 per year ($500/week guarantee; per‑sale commissions $300‑$700; monthly bonuses $500‑$2,250) No caps on commissions. Success‑driven paid training program.
