Facilities Specialist Career Opportunity at LOC Credit Union TeamAre you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Do you have experience with building maintenance, vendors and contractor management and facility operations?We're looking for an experienced Facilities Specialist to join our LOC Credit Union team!In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping our branches and facilities safe, functional, well-maintained, and welcoming for our employees and members. You'll have the opportunity to work across all of our locations, coordinate vendors and contractors, complete facility repairs and projects and help identify ways to improve our facilities and control costs.What You'll DoOversee day-to-day facility maintenance and repairs.Coordinate vendors, contractors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow removal, janitorial services, and other facility needs.Perform basic maintenance and repairs when appropriate.Inspect facilities and coordinate preventative maintenance.Respond to facility requests and troubleshoot issues.Assist with office moves, renovations, and facility improvement projects.Manage the Credit Union's key and access management system.Maintain facility, equipment, vendor, and maintenance records.Assist with facility budgeting, quotes, RFPs, and cost-saving initiatives.Travel between Credit Union locations as needed.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in facilities, building maintenance, construction, skilled trades, property maintenance, or related field.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Experience working with vendors and contractors.Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Professional communication and customer service skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to be a key part of the team behind the scenes, helping create safe, functional, and welcoming environments for our employees and members.
