Grocery Stocking and Retail Representative - Part Time -Mid Shift

Part time, 24-30 hours per week Shift Times: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - other days as needed. Pay is $16 per hour Do you have experience working as a reset merchandiser? As a Flex Store Representative, you would be stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking & rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating product in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location and may also participate in service projects of varying size and complexity. This position does require travel within a defined territory. Responsibilities Travelling to stores within a defined territory to perform job duties. Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays (both grocery and hardlines). Resetting and building displays with the use of planograms and other instructional materials. Rotating date-sensitive product on the shelf and in the backroom. Transporting product between the sales floor and the backroom. Safely using store equipment. Using electronic devices for communication, work instructions, and other reporting activities. Building relationships with teammates, store personnel, and customers. Additional Requirements The ability and willingness to travel to stores within a set territory. Organization and prioritization. Working with others and independently. Communication – both verbal and written. Reading and following directions. Customer service. Ability to learn and continuously improve. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a service industry a plus. Ability to use a personal mobile device. Proficient writing and communication.
