Line Cooks Needed - No Nights (Fulltime/Part time

is seeking to hire an Experienced Line Cook.

Top pay - $20 - $26

Job Type: Full-Time hours during summer season. Part-Time hours in off season with occasional extra hours for Holidays and special events.

Shift: PM shifts.

Responsibilities

Maintain all standards regarding sanitation, food preparation, and storage.

Set-up and clean-up for assigned food station.

Prepare all menu items per recipe guidelines.

Clean equipment and ensure proper food storage.

Put away all stock items in walk-in cooler and dry storage.

Label, date, and rotate all consumable products.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least 2+ years of cooking experience (preferred).

Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.

Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Schedule

Holidays.

Night shifts.

Overtime.

Most Mondays off.
