Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services, which include assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological evaluations.

• Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that consider client history, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Effectively administer therapeutic interventions to tackle psychological disorders, aiming to enhance clients' emotional adjustment through evidence-based techniques.

• Regularly assess patient progress and modify treatment programs as needed, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations with fellow mental health professionals regarding patient insights, concerns, and treatment adjustments.

• Participate in ongoing training around specialty programs, such as bariatric psychological evaluations, and actively engage in periodic therapeutic retreats and activities organized by the clinic that promote team cohesion and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adults, children, and adolescents who are facing a variety of mental health challenges. In this role, you will support clients in navigating complex emotional landscapes, providing them with the tools to cope and thrive in their personal and social lives. By offering both individual and group sessions, you will address their unique needs through empathetic care and treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential to practice.

• Strong foundational knowledge of human behavior, emotional and behavioral disorders, and proven methodologies for their diagnosis and treatment.

• Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to provide support in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage paperwork involved in treatment processes, including billing and insurance claims management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting supporting diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 – $130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
