Talent Acquisition Specialist

Brighter Strides ABA is seeking a motivated and professional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and supporting the hiring process for clinical and administrative positions across the company.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding and hiring documentation
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate records

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with healthcare or ABA recruiting is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
