As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Job Schedule Mon 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM Tue 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM Wed 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM Sat 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM Sun 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention. Monitor entrances, lobbies, loading areas, and other assigned access points to help support authorized access, visitor direction, and overall property operations. Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, sharing relevant information with Allied Universal supervisors and/or site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
