Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, strategically grounded Senior Graphic Designer with a comprehensive focus on corporate branding to play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity landscapes of our diverse clients. In this senior client-facing seat, you will take absolute technical ownership of end-to-end creative projects—guiding visual assets all the way from initial abstract concept down to final polished production delivery. Moving beyond standard static layout production, you will collaborate directly with US enterprise accounts, leading live presentations to explain brand languages, marketing collateral, and corporate literature. This role demands an independent design champion who can coordinate with cross-functional pods to enforce absolute brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Branding Architecture: Own and drive the entire lifecycle of complex branding and graphic design assignments from initial conceptualizing loops to final asset deployment.
• Visual Identity Evolution: Develop, refine, and scale comprehensive brand guidelines, visual systems, and identity standards for an expanding portfolio of clients.
• Marketing Collateral Engineering: Layout and produce high-quality physical and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, booklets, presentation decks, and commercial literature.
• C-Suite Client Partnerships: Lead live client alignment sessions, professionally pitching creative designs, collecting feedback loops, and clarifying asset parameters directly.
• Cross-Functional Brand Stewardship: Collaborate closely with distributed project managers, content leads, and web developers to guarantee that every brand touchpoint remains uniform across different platforms.
• Asset Inventory Governance: Independently maintain highly organized vector repositories, project native files, documentation banks, and file revision tracking layers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of verified professional history running graphic design and corporate branding pipelines, with a proven focus on creative identity projects.
• Demonstrated experience operating as the primary technical owner of design deliverables, with a history of executing projects independently from start to finish.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing active, real-world client branding work shared via Google Drive link (work samples must be presented in English only).
• Advanced, master-level software proficiency across Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, PowerPoint, and Canva .
• Verified experience facilitating live client calls, lead presentations, or creative alignment workshops in a professional manner.
• Language Fluency: Absolute bilingual communication mechanics maintaining an **English proficiency level of C1 or higher**.
• Prior professional exposure operating within a large, US-based creative agency ecosystem.
• Schedule & Location Parameters: Full-time commitment with total personal availability to work strictly within **US Eastern Time (EST/ET) business hours**. Open exclusively to qualified remote talent permanently residing within Colombia, Egypt, the Philippines, South Africa, Ukraine, or Lebanon .
