Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali is looking to grow our Front of House team with energetic, dependable Bussers/Runners who are passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. This is a combined role, with each shift assigned specifically as either a Food Runner or Busser , depending on operational needs.

As a Busser/Runner, you'll play an essential role in supporting our service team by maintaining a clean, organized dining environment and ensuring food is delivered quickly, accurately, and with genuine aloha.

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali

Position: Busser/Runner

• Breakfast: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Brunch: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Lunch: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Dinner: 3:45 PM – 10:00 PM

A minimum availability of three shifts per week is required.

Base Wage: $14.75 per hour + tips

Average total earnings range from $25–$38 per hour , including tips.

Tips are pooled and paid electronically every Tuesday.

• Deliver food accurately and efficiently while ensuring exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Clear, reset, and maintain dining tables to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering guest requests, and supporting overall service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and work areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive service while helping create an outstanding guest experience.

• Must be at least 21 years of age .
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays, bus tubs, and restaurant equipment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• TB clearance is required upon hire for all restaurant employees working in food handling positions in the State of Hawaiʻi. If you do not currently have one, documentation and appointment information are available through the Hawaiʻi Department of Health.
