Overview:

Looking to launch your engineering career in automation, motion control, and mechatronics?

We're seeking an entry-level Mechanical Engineer to join a hands-on engineering team supporting the design, testing, application, and continuous improvement of innovative mechanical and motion-control products.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience across mechanical design, automation, product development, testing, manufacturing, and customer applications.

Job Duties:

• Support the design and development of custom linear motion and mechatronic solutions
• Create and maintain 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks
• Assist with engineering calculations involving loads, bearing life, critical speed, and motion systems
• Support prototype development, product testing, validation, and performance analysis
• Investigate product issues through inspection, testing, and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams on design and product improvements
• Provide technical support for customer and sales inquiries
• Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, product development, or related engineering
• Internship, co-op, or academic project experience is a plus
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
• Understanding of mechanical systems, machine design, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and understand tolerancing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn
